Brief description of logistics conveyor belt
PVK mainly refers to the three-dimensional woven integral core fabric, which is produced by saturating PVK slurry. The target use of the product is mainly the conveying system of packaging materials. This product has no hidden danger of delamination. There are various specifications of PVK conveyor belts in the domestic market. We mainly produce PVK conveyor belts with PVC glue on the surface and conveyor belts soaked with PVK slurry on both sides.
Compared with ordinary PVC, PVK conveyor belt has high wear resistance and cutting resistance, and its service life is 3-4 times longer. At present, it is mainly used in the transportation of long-distance goods in the logistics industry.
PVK conveyor belt has the characteristics of smoldering resistance, moisture resistance, antistatic, high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, low elongation force, strong adhesive force, and no falling off.
Joint method
The structure and processing method are roughly the same as ordinary conveyor belts. The joints do not use mechanical joints, but are vulcanized into a whole by heating and pressing, so they are also called jointless conveyor belts.
There are three connection methods:
(1) Directly vulcanized into an endless belt;
(2) Retain the head during vulcanization, and use on-site heating and pressure to make the joint part vulcanized according to the requirements;
(3) On-site bonding with adhesive. Since there is no mechanical joint, it runs smoothly and is suitable for material conveying in mineral processing, fertilizer and other departments.
Maintenance
1. During transportation and storage, the conveyor belt should be kept clean, avoid direct sunlight, rain and snow, avoid contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents and other substances that affect the quality of rubber, and be 1 meter away from the heating device.
2. During storage, the temperature in the warehouse should be kept between -15℃-+40℃, and the relative humidity should be kept between 50-80%.
3. During storage, the conveyor belt must be placed in rolls and must not be folded. During the storage period, it should be turned over once a quarter.
4. The running speed of the conveyor belt should not be greater than 5.0 m/s, and the low speed should be used as far as possible when transporting materials with large lumps and high wear and using a fixed plow type unloading device. *When the specified speed is exceeded, the service life of the tape will be affected.
5. The relationship between the diameter of the transmission roller of the conveyor and the cloth layer of the conveyor belt, the matching of the steering roller of the transmission roller and the requirements for the groove angle of the idler should be reasonably selected according to the design regulations of the conveyor.
6. In order to reduce the impact and wear of the material on the tape, the feeding direction should follow the running direction of the tape; the drop of the material falling on the tape should be minimized; the feeding port should avoid the top of the roller or idler; In the material section, the distance between idlers should be shortened and buffer measures should be taken. In order to prevent the tape from being scratched, the contact part of the scraper cleaning device and the unloading device of the stopper device and the tape should be made of rubber sheets with suitable hardness, and do not use glue with a cloth layer.
